Celiac disease, which can also be known as Gluten Sensitive Enteropathy, is prompted by an allergy to gluten. The disease affects quite a few organs of the body and can have several symptoms making it hard to detect.Being diagnosed with the disease means you have no tolerance to gluten products such as pasta and cereals. If you do carry on ingesting gluten it will eventually attack the inner lining of the stomach causing more damage. As the intestine will not be able to absorb properly you will also become deficient of minerals and vitamins. There are several symptoms associated with Celiac Disease such as serious stomach pains, diarrhoea, fatigue and anaemia. To fight the celiac disease seek advice from a doctor who can change your diet as the intestine will subsequently repair itself if you cut all gluten from your diet.
