Looking into Chef Schools in My State

I have enjoyed cooking and baking for my family my entire adult life. After having recently been divorced, I have used my skills as a therapy, in addition to nourishing my family with the results of my labors. Recently, I watched the move Julie and Julia, then listened to the book on tape of Julia Child’s book “My Life in France.” These two seemingly innocuous experiences have encouraged me to consider looking into the various chef schools that are available in my state. I am still not certain if I will pursue a new career, but it is an exciting option.
