I have always enjoyed the process of manufacturing and when it came time to train for a career after I finished high school, I went to the technical college to see what sorts of jobs they could prepare me for in the area of machining. I love to create things and I enjoy blueprints and plans. I like the specs we have and the ways we have to stay within them to reduce the rework that needs to be done, thus reducing costs for the company. I hope to work on the new AC motor speed control machines that will allow my work to be the best it can be.
