I work as an office secretary, and I work for the head of recruitment in the company. Whenever we need legal staff, we always go to our trusted lawyer headhunter. It is not easy to find the legal staff that we need compared to finding employees for other departments. Their resumes have to be carefully checked, and my boss does not have all the time in the world to do that. So instead of hiring the legal staff ourselves, we always ask the assistance of headhunters. They have a roster of attorneys that they can always give to us. They actually make my job easier.
