I think it is different than a small business advice community knowing about and the government knowing about you. You knew the other people in your small community but you don’t know the government people who know you.

I have lived in a small community and if you don’t like that community you can move to another community and start over. Living in a government that monitors ALL communities, you can’t move anywhere without them knowing about you.

If lawyers were more expensive, the rich and the powerful would still be able to afford them. Ordinary people would not. A system of justice where only the wealthy could be properly represented isn’t.

Spending $100,000 on a lawyer to save millions is a good investment for a company. Spending $100,000 on a lawyer is impossible for most individuals. What do you think lobbying is? The big companies pay big bucks to lawyers to convince lawmakers to stack the deck in their favor. Making lawyers more expensive won’t stop that.

As someone who strongly supports the free lawyer advice market, I am disappointed to hear you advocate for more restrictions in the legal profession.

For centuries most people could never read or write and now most people can.

Most of the world’s population could not conceive of being free advice and a world without slaves and slave masters.

There are more free people today than at any time in our recorded history.

Now Freedom is a conception most people can have even if they do not have freedom in their life.

Going into the future with a attitude of what the future should be is a sure fire way of failing.

Forcing a nation’s people to go along with what their country’s future should be cannot be done in a free society.

The former USSR tried to tell its people what their future should be.

In the USA, no American will be told what their future should be.

Ask any parent who has tried.
