My parents just bought the most beautiful medellin real estate last year. They stay there when they vacation and they have let us use it too. It is nice to be able to go to such a nice place and not have to pay for it. They said that they purchased it so that all of their children could visit the place that they love so much. We had such a great time that we are already planning on going back next year. I am so thankful that my parents are always thinking of us and doing special things for us.

My daughter is going through a phase at the moment where everything to do with the world of celebrity is cool and anything else is either ‘lame’, ‘boring’ or some other unenthusiastic adjective. Despite the difficulties this is causing us at the moment, she is coming up to her 13th birthday and I’d really like to take her away on holiday to a resort where she can do some celeb spotting. I’m thinking that there must be some nice hotels in Spain where you can see a few stars. As ever, the internet is proving an invaluable resource so I’m hoping I’ll be able to book somewhere soon.

Planning a wedding on the beach sounds exciting and lovely, but the truth is, there are a lot of concerns that you have to address. Some of them are obvious, but some just aren’t something the average person would think of. In a building it is relatively easy to figure out how to display floral arrangements, for example. On the beach, that application will not suffice. I was in a bit of a panic when it came to that aspect of planning my friend’s wedding in Destin. Thanks to the internet, I just did a search for Destin Floral Designs and there were my answers.

While in Ireland I plan on finding out if there is anything to all of the folklore that I have read about related to the area. I intend to meet some tiny little fairies while I am staying on the moors. Where do they live I wonder? Seriously after I go visit the Car Rental in Ireland to get my traveling mobile I am off to do some exploring. I really wish I was going with my friend but she couldn’t come this time but I am determined to have a wonderful time by myself no matter what. I really don’t mind traveling alone.

Sky diving in taupo new zealand has to be one of the coolest things I have ever done in my life. I did the jump from fifteen thousand feet so it was pretty long free fall. The jumping out of a plane part was obviously amazing but the location just made it that much better. You actually jump over the lake and on the descent you get the most spectacular view across the lake and the snow capped mountains. It’s hard to describe the view from that sort of height but basically you can see as far as is possible, it almost feels like you can see the curve of the earth.

As in America, the purchase of Portugal property involves closing costs. These include the legal fees, notary and registration fees, and several taxes. All of these costs, except for the notary and registration fees, are based on the price listed on the property deed and range anywhere from one to ten percent of the cost of the property. The notary fees vary from office to office and the registration fees can cost up to 600 euros. Along with inspection and surveyor costs, mortgage costs are also part of the closing costs which is about 35% of the price as lending companies only finance up to 65% of the purchase.

My sister and I were out to coffee last week and it was such a fun afternoon, we talked about so many things that the time got away from us and we had to hurry out of there to be home in time for dinner! One topic that really fascinated me was the way she is now staying in these great places when she travels with her family. She gave me the web address for a site that specializes in vacation rentals and I saw it when I got home. Its great! You can choose the kind of place you want to use and its so easy to find.

My daughter has been helping a friend plan her wedding. They have the gowns all picked out, they’ve booked the church and have been looking at flowers. The next step is to think about top honeymoon locations and also to find a place for the reception. Her friend wants to do something a little bit different, she doesn’t want them serving the same old chicken or vegetarian options. She was thinking that Mexican food could be fun at the reception, but was worried that it might be too spicy. My daughter joked that maybe they should just make it a big pizza party, and her friend liked that idea.
