Pedometer watch is a very useful instrument with which you can keep track of the exact number of steps that you are taking each day. It enables you to increase the number thereby providing you with the extra exercise which in turn wil help you lose weight and become fitter. It would be ideal if you can start wearing the Pedometer Watch for an entire day and continue your routine activities. You should not be conscious of the pedometer, as you may tend to overwork. By knowing the exact number of steps that you are taking on a normal day, you can set yourself future goals and improve the number of steps gradually. If you record a total of hundred steps on the first day, though it may not be extraordinary, it meas you are not doing too bad. Your aim should be to increase the number slowly to five hundred steps a day initially and then reaching the ultimate target of one thousand steps a day.
