There are lots of benefits you can get with Yoga exercise: physically, mentally, and spiritually. When you are in your 60’s, 70’s or even 80’s, yoga provides marvelous benefits to strengthen your body, improve balance, retain active mind, and experience happiness from within. In fact it acts like an anti-aging supplement and complements any products that promote longevity. My friend is practicing yoga 5 times a week and she is also taking supplements for age reversal. She said yoga plus those products are much more effective if they were taken separately. And she also looks great - you would never give her 50 even if you saw her drier license.
