Co-Worker Learns How to Get Toned Abs

A co-worker of mine was determined to lose her belly fat quickly. She was telling me about her goals over a light salad for lunch. We usually went out to lunch together at least three times a week. She said that she could continue to go out with me because the program she was on allowed her to eat sensibly and not starve herself. She mentioned that she learned How To Get Toned Abs without doing a lot of cardio or abdominal crunches. I told her that when she reaches her goal, I wanted her to teach me how the program works so I could tone up as well.
