The electric cigarette is sometimes preferred by smokers over normal tobacco products, but is controversial. In electronic cigarettes, the user smokes a vaporized solution of tobacco which is powered by batteries. The e-cigarette’s signature part is the atomizer which turns a liquid solution of nicotine into vapor. Sometimes there is an LED component which lights up when a nicotine dose has been administered. There are often some manufacturers who make these electronic cigarettes look like the real ones. Also available for smokers are nicotine bottles, each with varying concentrations of nicotine mixed into them. Physicians believe that the health risks involved with e-cigarettes are much lower than that of pure cigarettes. Different countries however, have different opinions about e-cigarettes: either banning them or marketing them.
