At work one day, my boss huddled us all into the board room to discuss CPR classes. He told us that Hands On CPR classes were being held this whole week in the lunch room and the class was free. We were urged to attend as this was a valuable piece of information to know that could save someones life one day. The class was being given by the red cross, there was a building right down the street from the office. It was a nice change from the daily routine but more importantly I felt more competent to save someones life afterward!
