When I started creating newsletter from Business Email Marketing Software templates,  was happy to see that everything was customizable. I did not need to know any type of programming or HTML, but I could customize the templates how I saw fit. The software kept track of which customers clicked a link, and even which customers actually opened my newsletter. I love seeing the resultsright in real time. I could choose the exact date and time that my newsletter was sent, and have it sent weeks, months, or even a year after I designed it. The results from my newsletters could be viewed in real time too.
