Saturday afternoon, as I was casually listening to the 5:00 radio news on my route home from shopping, I heard some news that genuinely clutched my complete attention. The legislators in Kentucky are aiming to prohibit all payday advance financing right away. As the news woman was delivering the report, I started to fume! The uninformed politician are accusing No Fax Payday Loan companies for formulating financial troubles for the poverty-stricken and they firmly think that payday loan advance applicants must be sheltered. At that instant, I gnarled, that maybe they would also address banking companies that collect humongous charges for overdrafts, utility businesses that require late charges in addition to re-connect charges, and mega charge card businesses that unpredictedly declare unfair interest fees.
