Don`t Censor Me Blog

My brother and I own a construction company and have been looking for new property to purchase. A sub-contractor we frequently used just called to tell us one of our competitors is looking to sell land with planning permission already granted. We are going to sit down tonight and talk about whether or not we are interested. Apparently this guy is going bankrupt and needs to liquidate quickly. I’m just hoping we can afford the price he is asking. It sounds like it is in a really good area and we could make quite a bit off of homes there. We may even drive out to see it tomorrow.
