One of the coolest things about living in California is the abundance of awesome restaurants that serve sumptuous meals. As a natural food-lover, I always relish the times that I get to explore new restaurants that are noteworthy and dishes that are really mouthwatering. With all the restaurants scattered in this state, my favorite type of all are those with Spanish flare. One favored restaurant of mine is Restaurant Spain located in Glendale Boulevard. Because of the delicious servings of both Spanish and Argentinean delicacies in this restaurant, I always try to find out what are the ingredients they always use. And because most of the authentic Spanish cookbooks I can find are, well, written in Spanish, I use free spanish to english translation sites to understand what I’m reading about.
