We were taking a trip to my mother’s house last weekend. She lives about 6 and half hours away. It seems, we can never make this trip without stopping and eating somewhere. This time we decided to stop at one of the many kfc locations on the highway. I was really glad we decided to stop. I was able to get the baked chicken and a side of green beans and corn on the cob. This made for a really nice dinner without all the grease that goes along with a hamburger. It was a nice trip and the good food and nice driving weather made it even better.
